Agent Controller 1.35.3776 release

- AWS Metadata Service attestation behind an HTTP proxy - Agent Controller now bypasses an HTTP proxy when it calls the AWS instance metadata service for AWS Metadata Service Trust Provider attestation. It already bypassed the proxy for the Azure instance metadata service.
- Agent Controller ID in authentication errors - When Agent Controller fails to authenticate with the Agent Controller ID you configured, the error now names that ID. The error asks you to confirm that the ID is valid and active in your Aembit Tenant.
